Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once an order is successfully placed, it will take us 0 - 2 days to process, and up to 5 days for delivery, depending upon the shipping method you selected. Oversized, custom, or special orders require additional time. Please contact us for details.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: The shipping options include the following: Ground (1-5 days), 2nd Day, Next Day, Local Rush (NYC Only), Same Day Store Pickup (Midtown Manhattan). For more details, see the Shipping page or feel free to contact us for more information.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Yes, if you choose "Next Day" shipping, we will ship that day as long as it is ordered before 3:00 PM EST. If you're local, you can choose Local Rush Delivery and we will deliver same day if you ordered before 10:00 AM EST.

Q: Where do you offer Same Day delivery?
A: We currently only offer Same Day delivery in the New York City area. There are, however, several areas in NYC that we do not deliver to based on zip code. This allows us to service as many customers as possible.

Q: Can I pickup my order at your store?
A: Yes, as long as the item is in-stock, is not a custom cut item, and you placed the order by 4:00 PM EST, you can come to 48 W 37th St between 5th & 6th to the Columbia Omni retail store to pick up your item(s).

Orders & Ordering

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: After we successfully ship your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery online via FedEx. If you selected Local Rush Delivery, you cannot track the order online since we here at Columbia Omni will be hand delivering instead of FedEx.

If you selected "Free In-Store Pickup" then your order will be ready in 1 hour. We will also email when it's ready for pickup. As always, if you have any questions, please call us and we'd be happy to help!

Q: Can I change my order?
A: Since the processing time is usually very fast here, changing an order can be a bit tricky. If you do need to change an order, please call us immediately as soon as you realize there is an issue. As always, we'll do our best to make sure you get what you need and when you need it. Please call us at (212) 279-6161 and press #9 for Columbia Omni Studio support.

Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A: Currently, we do not accept international orders. This is something we'll do in the future, but for now, we are state side only.

Q: What Pantone products cannot be used with Coupons?
A: Due to Pantone's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy, we may not advertise or promote any of the following Pantone products lower than the MAP pricing:

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Since our warehouse and retail store are in NYC, and we only ship from NYC, we only charge sales tax in New York.

Q: Can you send an invoice?
A: Yes, all of our orders are shipped with an invoice. If you need an electronic copy, contact us and we'll send you a copy.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30 day return policy. Simply send us back your unused item, in the original packaging, and we'll refund your order within 7 days. For more detailed info, see the Return Policy page.

Q: How do I send back a return?
A: Please contact us at support@columbiaomnistudio.com with your order details and what product needs to be returned. We'll simply send you a label to print and you can just tape it to your shipping box with clear packing tape. How easy is that?

Q: What is the Columbia Omni Studio Rewards Program?
A: Columbia Omni Studio wants to reward you for shopping with us. The more you shop, the more you save.

Q: How do I join the Rewards Program?
A: Once you are signed up with an account on the site, you are automatically entered into the program. Sign up here to gain access.

Q: How do I accumulate points?
A: You accumulate points by signing up for an account, by sharing on social media, when a friend you refer purchases their first product, and when you make purchases at Columbia Omni Studio. See all the details on the Referral Program page.

Q: How many points do I have?
A: When you are logged into the site, you can click the "My Rewards" link in the upper left-hand corner to see how many points you have.

Q: Do my points expire?
A: Point must be used within 1 year from accumulating them.
